Built in the 15th century for a cloth merchant, Jehan Pourchet, this remarkable half-timbered building, a listed historical monument, has survived the centuries without losing its soul.
Its unusual architecture, at the corner of Rue Auguste-Comte and Rue Chaudronnerie, makes it one of the oldest facades in the city. An exceptional place for a unique culinary experience.

Our snails
Specialising in snails, our shop offers Burgundy snails from Bourgogne Escargots, established in Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur for decades, as well as farmed snails from the Fénay farm, located on the outskirts of Dijon.
You’ll also find a selection of appetisers in the form of crisps and mini puff pastries.
