A plate of 12 large snails, wild-caught and prepared in the Burgundian style with a pure butter stuffing. BOURGOGNE Escargots handcrafts and prepares snail products based on regional traditions. All recipes are prepared based on traditional methods by the passionate team at our Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur site, near Dijon.

Tasting tips

Preheat your conventional oven to 150°C.
Place the plate with the snails directly in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove them as soon as the butter begins to sizzle.
