Fresh truffle appetizer spoon
Ingredients:
- Fresh truffles
- Truffle olive oil
- Fleur de sel (truffle or plain, according to your taste)
Preparation:
- Gently grate your fresh truffles into thin slices.
- Add a drizzle of truffle olive oil to enhance the flavors.
- Sprinkle with truffle fleur de sel (or not, depending on your taste).
- Mix and serve in pretty appetizer spoons.
Tip:
Serve these spoons as an appetizer with a dry white wine or brut champagne for a refined starter.
