Fresh truffle appetizer spoon 

Ingredients:

  • Fresh truffles
  • Truffle olive oil
  • Fleur de sel (truffle or plain, according to your taste)

Preparation:

  • Gently grate your fresh truffles into thin slices.
  • Add a drizzle of truffle olive oil to enhance the flavors.
  • Sprinkle with truffle fleur de sel (or not, depending on your taste).
  • Mix and serve in pretty appetizer spoons.

Tip:

Serve these spoons as an appetizer with a dry white wine or brut champagne for a refined starter.
