To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Burgundy Truffle Association 21-71, the Escargot and Truffle Shop will be participating in the farmers’ market, which will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, on the plaza in front of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin.

For 40 years, the Burgundy Truffle Association 21-71 has been working to promote and highlight the truffle and its terroir.
This anniversary celebrates 40 years of dedication to the Burgundy truffle and brings together producers, professionals, and enthusiasts who are passionate about this iconic product of our region.
Participating this event means contributing to the promotion of the Burgundy region and its traditional craftsmanship, alongside other producers and enthusiasts.
